A Foot Towards the Unknown

This year is for growth; Of knowing myself further. I’ve set out goals that are sustainable and healthy to my being. And I achieved a great deal of it.

Because here’s the thing, I’ve always been wired to achieve and crush goals every year since I was in kindergarten. I don’t hate it. It’s the kind of love that I question but cannot live without. Imagine being barely 10 years old and experiencing an existential crisis during recess. And always figuring out what’s the next thing to achieve.

But nobody reads a blog anymore, so I can be as honest as I want in this space. You want to know the truth?

I love how I’m wired. The constant drive to do better. Sure, it can be exhausting and off-putting for others. And I shamefully admit that I am extremely hard on myself. But again, I love how I’m wired.

This post was supposed to be of the things that I learned and achieved this year. But an all-encompassing story wouldn’t hurt either. What’s the last day of the year anyway but a reflection of one’s self?

PS. This is a scattered brain dump. I will re-write this one.
