“But it was definitely worth a few moments of heavy breathing on my part. They say beautiful things really do take our breath away.”
Can I just say that wearing a top teeming with flowers, certainly, is as pleasing as standing against an army of bougainvillea madness? A plus if both things can be done at the same time. Granted, I had to climb a steep flight of old concrete stairs to discover this vibrant bush perched atop the ace-of-spades-shaped bastion that is Baluarte de San Diego, but it was definitely worth a few moments of heavy breathing on my part. They say beautiful things really do take our breath away.
Except for treadmills.
I took my first shot and noticed something out of place. Damn, I brought the wrong lens. Afraid the photos won’t adhere to what I had pictured in mind, I stood there, sweating profusely from the 3 o’clock afternoon heat, weighing things out. Hesitating. Should my vision be crippled by limiting lens? Or should I just enjoy the hell out of it and see how things unfold?
And people, as always, we must pursue the latter.
