“But when we’ve become so deeply entrenched in this hustling city and modern life, wouldn’t it be nice to have a little escape? To calm one’s self amongst the lush greenery and inviting water?”

For a brief moment, let’s forget that a creative hiatus had taken over this space. And I owe you a story over a cup of retail coffee and a cold muffin.  That, I promise.

Hold on, creative hiatus? Did anyone ever really experience that? I don’t believe in its absolute sense, though.

Perhaps on writing but on imagery? I doubt so. We always find the channels for expression. Instagram has been my sweet little creative haven lately. Because apparently, those snippets of our lives can’t go unshared these days and FOMO is a serious love and hate affair amongst the millennials. The contemporary junkies who smoke the “Carpe Diem” cigarette more than any generation and utter “lit af” five times a day.

I’m guilty. Not too much on the latter, though. But that relentless drive for creative pursuits and obligatory wandering? Lit AF!

You know it. There’s too much clutter and noise out there but it is one that we’d like to wallow in.

But when we’ve become so deeply entrenched in this hustling city and modern life, wouldn’t it be nice to have a little escape? To calm one’s self amongst the lush greenery and inviting water?

That’s exactly what I love about Kasara, the urban resort themed residences by one of the country’s top real estate developers. Luckily, I was one of the chosen pool of lifestyle and fashion enthusiasts invited by Empire East to experience its intended resort vibe.

Kasara is the perfect hideaway. Located only a few blocks away from the country’s top business and commercial destinations, it is a paradise that city dwellers can enjoy without having to leave home.

Palm and other tropical trees paired with landscaped rocks beside calming waters, sure is a great rejuvenating deal after work.

Yes, yes. It will tolerate the fact that we all are making that attempt on being a renaissance woman. Juggling multitudes of things with utmost precision in this big city. But at the end of the day, Kasara will make you want  to go back to your roots. Figuratively and literally.

One cannot simply ignore those crooning leaves, you know.
